A true Las Vegas native, Dr. Forte was born and raised in the same community where she serves her patients since 2001. She earned her medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona California. Dr. Forte's practice focuses on family medicine, adolescents and student athletes as well as senior care and preventative medicine.

Dr. Gardner proudly served as a Military Medical Officer at Nellis AFB before joining Forte Family Practice in 2015. He earned his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, now known as Des Moines University. Dr. Gardner is an active member of The Church of Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Dr. Ryan Allen, a proud Las Vegas native, completed both his undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Nevada, Reno. He developed a passion for primary care and caring for patients of all ages, leading him to complete his Family Medicine Residency in St Louis, where he also discovered an interest in Sports Medicine. Dr. Allen furthered his expertise with a Sports Medicine fellowship in St Louis before returning to his hometown to start his practice. Dr. Allen enjoys providing care to patients of all ages, as well as recreational and professional athletes. He specializes in concussion management, musculoskeletal injuries, injections, point-of-care diagnostic ultrasound, and preventative medicine. Outside of his practice, Dr. Allen enjoys staying active through sports and fitness, including snowboarding, hiking, playing golf, and attending Las Vegas's exciting local sporting events.

Joe has been an integral part of Forte Family Practice and the Las Vegas community since 1995. Trained as a United States Navy Hospital Corpsman, Joe has developed a deep knowledge base and an exceptional ability to provide outstanding care. His attention to detail and commitment to patient care ensure that his practice is precise and effective. Joe has a particular passion for addiction medicine and has been highly successful in helping individuals overcome opioid addiction.

Kyle received his Physician Assistant degree from Touro University in Las Vegas. An active member of the Church of Christ of Latter-day Saints, he completed his mission service in Milan, Italy. Kyle also volunteered with the 4-H program for children and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, demonstrating his commitment to service. As a proficient practitioner with an easygoing personality, Kyle enjoys hobbies such as woodworking, automotive repair, welding, fishing, hiking, camping, football, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Malyssa’s nursing journey began with an Associate Degree in Nursing (NP) from Joliet Junior College, where she established a solid foundation in healthcare. With a drive to continue learning and growing, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Purdue University. Over the next five years, she worked as a nurse, gaining hands-on experience and sharpening her clinical skills in a variety of settings. Wanting to take her expertise to the next level, Malyssa pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Purdue University, specializing in family care across the lifespan. This advanced training reflects her dedication to providing personalized, compassionate care to patients of all ages. Outside of work, Malyssa leads an active and balanced life. She enjoys hitting the gym to stay healthy and unwinding at home with her favorite companions—her beloved dogs, who are always up for a cuddle.

Michael Stellmacher, PA-C, is a graduate of Kettering College and has been practicing for 33 years, with the last 10 years serving the Las Vegas Valley. Dr. Peter H. Dux is a highly experienced family medicine physician serving the Las Vegas community. He earned his medical degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for over 40 years. As a dedicated primary care provider, Dr. Dux specializes in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, and hypertension. He also offers comprehensive care, including preventive screenings, physical exams, vaccinations, and in-office lab testing. Committed to patient-centered healthcare, he works closely with individuals and families to promote overall well-being. Outside of medicine, Dr. Dux enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending quality time with his family.

Shauna Lee Aranton, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Her nursing journey began in the pediatric intensive care unit, where she continues to practice emergency and trauma medicine. Shauna completed her Family Nurse Practitioner preceptorship with a focus on providing comprehensive, inclusive care to LGBTQ+ and HIV-positive patients. Her clinical interests span the lifespan, reflected in her diverse research contributions, which include hyper-oxygenation in post-cardiac patients (older adults), obesity and hypo-testicular function in middle-aged and LGBTQ+ populations, and asthma exacerbation and continuity of care in pediatric patients. Committed to patient-centered, evidence-based, and holistic care, Shauna values building strong partnerships with her patients. Beyond clinical practice, she contributes to the advancement of healthcare as a nursing educator and as a current PhD student actively involved in research and academic scholarship.
